Yes ! Pilates is perfect to complement any kind of rehabilitation and is recommended by practitioners and therapists today. Depending on your injury and the severity of it, Nicky may suggest a 1:1 session before joining a class. You will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire before you start and Nicky may ask for your permission to work in conjunction with your practitioner to help speed up your recovery. Pilates is a safe, low impact and highly effective method of exercise for rehabilitation.
