The best way to start is by contacting Nicky and coming to see a class or joining a free taster session if available. If you like what you see and want to take things further you will need to complete a form about your medical history, current health, fitness and objectives. Nicky will then assess your posture, and answer any remaining questions or concerns you ma have. A unique programme to meet your precise needs will be designed for you. You may be offered a 1-1 or a group beginner class based on your history, and current health condition. You will then start slowly and learn the basics. You will find that the exercises are simple, even minimal and Nicky will continue to work with you as you progress and start to notice and feel the benefits. Nicky will also continue to develop and adapt your Pilates routine as your body gradually improves and you become stronger and more flexible.
