Unfortunately not - although you will be given a class credit which you can use in another suitable class.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE CLASS?
Mats are provided for you but many clients prefer to bring their own. You will need a towel and a cushion. You may want to bring some water.
HOW DO I RESCHEDULE A CLASS IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?
If you give more than 24 hours notice prior to missing a class, you will be given a class credit to attend a class at another time .This credit does not expire and you can use at a convenient time for you provided there is a space in the class.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Any comfortable, loose clothing, such as a T-shirt with leggings or tracksuit bottoms, Comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict movement. Pilates is usually performed in bare feet or socks. Please wear socks if you have a verruca.
