Normally in conjunction with your health practitioner, or GP, this course is specifically designed to teach you how to best manage your condition, and show you effective ways to control and prevent joint and muscle pain.

This also forms the basis for rehabilitation therapy, with particular emphasis being placed on strengthening the abdominals, shoulder stabilisers, pelvic floor and back muscles, to improve flexibility and balance.

There are many reasons for poor body alignment, which present as poor posture, and these require corrective action. Nicky will evaluate your body positioning to determine a way to restore good posture, and provide relief from joint and muscle pain.
