Exercise is a vital part of the rehabilitation process for most sporting injuries. And in conjunction with receiving course treatment, from your practitioner, specific strengthening and flexibility exercises will be advised. Nicky can work in conjunction with your practitioner prescribing suitable exercises for your rehabilitation.

The program will ensure the injury site returns to a fully functional state and/or that the original cause of the injury is eliminated. Nicky’s approach is to apply the right exercise for each client, then adapt and modify the exercise to meet the specific needs for each individual.
