Senior Pilates

Fun classes designed for the senior population wishing to improve quality of life, build confidence and meet new friends. Gentle beneficial exercise improving strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination.

Sessions won’t leave you tiered or out of breath –thus avoiding placing stress on your heart and lungs. Pilates is also effective for relieving joint pain, swelling and arthritis. One will notice added improvements such as increased blood circulation and improved bone density. 

Slower paced classes also designed to suit all clients with muscular skeletal or neurological conditions, with classes structured for each individual’s needs. Nicky can accommodate special needs and considerations, by adapting various exercises they can be performed standing, seated ,prone, side laying or supine.
