Pre and Post Pregnancy Fitness

Pregnancy makes huge demands on a pregnant Mother, and is better approached with a fit body. Pre and Post Pregnancy Classes specifically build strength in the pelvic floor muscles, abdominals and back, which will be beneficial during pregnancy, helping to alleviate back pain, ensuring a more comfortable birth and speedier recovery.

Specialised equipment and modified exercises will be used to ensure a safe and effective workout, both pre or post pregnancy. Teaching gentle low impact exercises. Personal Training sessions can be conducted with your baby present by prior arrangement.
