Meet Nicky Holmes, Oxfordshire Pilates Teacher and Personal Trainer. Nicky runs small group and one-to-one Pilates classes at beginner level through to advanced.

As a highly qualified Pilates instructor with many years of teaching experience, a host of qualifications and anatomical study behind her, Nicky teaches a combination of mat work and specialist Pilates equipment – ensuring that every exercise is personalised to your exact needs.

Her love of movement grew from an early age, resulting in her working worldwide as a Professional Dancer for over a decade, using Pilates to not only maintain her professional standards, but recover from injury too.

Since qualifying as a Pilates specialist, Nicky regularly hones her skills to ensure she offers clients the latest advice and techniques.
