Pilates is a system of stretching exercises that both tone and strengthen your inner core. By correcting imbalances, you will not only move more freely, but will feel lighter and taller too – giving you a fantastic new zest for life!

Personal Training

Nicky qualified as a fitness instructor with the YMCA 20 years ago. She then gained NCCA accreditations from the American Council on Exercise as a Personal trainer. Continuing to expand her knowledge she moved into the world of pilates qualifying in mat work and equipment and now specialises in rehab, postural correction and breath work. 

Breath work Training

Breath work training with Nicky can have a positive effect on your quality of life helping lung function, building your immune system and helping you recover from illness faster. It will alleviate stress and Nicky will teach you techniques for improved mental and physical health and well being. Training for this can be organised via zoom or in person.
